Additional time is prorated.
Payment may be made by: cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, HSA, & FSA.
Cancellation, missed appointment, or reschedule policy:
Clients can cancel/reschedule their appointment by email or calling the office. If a client cancels/reschedules under 24 hours of appointment time, they are responsible for paying the total cost of session counselor would have received if client attended.
Insurance
I am in network with the following insurance companies:
Aetna PPO & HMO, Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO & PPO, OPTUM, United Healthcare, UMR
Your insurance coverage will depend on your specific policy. If your insurance company is not listed, I can provide you with a receipt for you to claim your out of network benefits.
Couples counseling is offered in 90 minute formats. Please note this format is not covered by insurance (usually a 45-50 minute format maximum). In my experience working with couples, 90 is needed to gain momentum, skill building, and intimacy.
